Great, now what did I do? (w/pictures)

White smoke generally means antifreeze issues with the motor. Might want to look at that instead of the transmission. Trans leak is usually a sign of the truck marking its territory.

Installed New injection pump on 6.2L. Now im having trouble getting it started.

Air in the lines? Plugged filter? I always try to trouble shoot under the K.I.S.S. method. Keep It Simple Stupid! Like timarr said start with the stupid stuff and work your way up to the hard stuff.

HMMWV Wiper Motor Stripped Nylon Gear

Not trying to be funny here but how good are you at milling? Or a better question maybe do you have a milling or machine shop near your AO that could reproduce the gear in metal? I don't know about up there in your area but around here many libraries and non-profits are developing maker spaces...

Great, now what did I do? (w/pictures)

It's good that you got to the problem and will be able to fix it and you were not stranded someplace in the process. It's also good that you are going to check all the other wheels to make sure the problem isn't going to repeat itself. I good word to anyone who buys a MV. #1 thing to do is...

    Tipper closed cab

All I'm saying is that the Army is really slow to make changes so if M serries dumps were short wheel base the history is there that the CCKWs would have also been short wheelbased. Not long wheel based like your truck. The Army has always been a if it works don't fix it kind of thinking.

My new M220 soon to be camper

When I had my M211 I was at a meet with another guy that had a Canadian M135. I asked him how he kept his truck so quiet as I had the perpetual manifold leak. He looked at me and I remember his quote. "I change the manifold gasket every spring whether it needs it or not." He then said...

    Tipper closed cab

I'm not an expert on this, but I have been in the hobby for 28 years so IMHO only short wheel base trucks where made into dump trucks. Look at the M series the only dumps made in both 2.5 and 5 ton have been short wheel base. Therefore I would think that the same pattern was used before with...

    Tipper closed cab

I don't know but this picture from 1941 seems to tell me that they had close cab tippers in WWII. http://olive-drab.com/od_mvg_www_deuce_ww2_p2.php You may have to scroll a little bit for it.

    M880 radiator,

The link I posted you have to tell it a 1977 Dodge W200 with 5.2L V8. with AC. It looks like it's all copper to me and the size is about the same. Close to $300 bucks so that's in the price you're talking about Bob.

    Question about tailgate chain replacement...

I had a friend use black air line hose. I've also seen a person use black garden hose. Just walk through a good hardware store or even the big box do it yourself stores and I'm sure you'll find something that is the right size and color. I'm sure if you want to pay big bucks you could contact...
