Yeah. I made up "bypass pipe". :) I saw folks in other posts talk about bending a pipe to install for the bypass. I made my bypass hose as long as would fit so it has a large radius. Will monitor for any signs that it wants to kink and make a pipe for the bypass if needed. Tried to ad a picture...

I have the exact same issue with ebay cable (NSN 2590-01-448-1105, Cage 3B8L1, P/N 12447171). I have taken the screws out of the clamp on the collar in hopes of taking the plug apart to swap the green and black wires. Can the wires be pulled out and swapped in the housing, or do I need to cut...

I'm going through the same thing and was told to put a spacer between the door and the latch and NOT move the strikers. They need to stay in the original position.
