It seems that TN. has no registration requirements for utility trailers (IE;M105). I would assume then that I can save some cash by NOT getting the SF97's from GL on the 2 trailers I won today? Any opinions?
I hope to sell one so I only have to haul one home. I guess i will do whatever it takes. I wish they had a one trailer auction, but they were all pairs.
I was high bidder today on a auction. Description says 2 M105a2's, picture are 1 M105 a2 and a M101. I can see the auction numbers on the M105 but cannot be certain about the numbers on the possible M101. Should I try to have someone give them a post purchase inspection? I am a 1st time GL buyer
I have rolled a d6 dozer and a case backhoe in these mountains. It isnt the rollover that gets you, its the long fall on your head when you unbuckle the seatbelt.
How about buying a deuce from an individual so you can try it out first and have title/insurance handled. Towbar the CUCV so no matter what you would have a ride.:-D
F350 with trailer brakes = no problem. We have caught f450's towing over 80k# (illegal of course, and un safe). That f350 will tow it around the world safely.
