The check valve on the fuel tank likes to rust closed causing a no fuel situation.
There is no in tank fuel pump so bleeding/priming the fuel system takes some work.

Many members have used the j-strip plastic that boat shop use. The old plastics gets so hard that it can not be sewn. Only issue is that most of it comes in grey.
Other options are to use Pylo-bond, pop rivets, or other fasteners.

The truck and trailer are in a secure location. Derek is back at the hotel and getting ready to head back to GA in the Ryder rental truck.
More than likely the recovery of the truck will happen after the GA rally.
