I just went out and measured mine. On my a2 I have 4" from the wheelwell to the tread as it sits on the ground and about 3" from the wheelwell to the bulge in the sidewall, thats about 4"-6" below the bed of the trailer. I think if you took 2 inches out you would be ok unless you really...
So you put the thimbles on first, then the wheels? I would not do that. The face of the wheel needs to be flat against the hub or you run the risk of snapping the studs. If your trying to simulate dual wheels with that plate you need to do it like stock. Wheel, thimble, plate, lug nut...
Soldier "B" for the lighter tasks and soldier "B"for the heavy lifting.
( I like that cutdown wheel for removing the hubs, I'm going to borrow that idea)
Uh oh, carefull how you answer that.
Look good, what type of rig are you putting them on? Haven't seen many (any really) bobbed deuces running around the Randolph ORV.
Really? Thats the kind of stupid ( yes I said stupid) post that starts all these problems.

I would wind the extra winch line around the bumper and turn the truck around and pull from the rear of the truck.
Can you not push the loader out using the bucket? Or is it just to wet to push against.
Times are tough. You got to do what you have to feed your family. I love my stuff as much as the next guy but if for some reason I need money now and dont have the sometimes weeks or months it takes to sell something it will go straight to the scrapper for the instant cash.
Did you go to the linked page on that web page?

Are you a manual or auto type? Want something simple and different or something thats coming out by the hundreds (so everyone and their dog has one) and more complicated to work on?
Did it stall out the motor? Unless the compressor was seizing up and trying to stall the motor I dont see how a bad compressor would affect the motor, thus slowing the PTO
Edit: A3  that never donned on me when I was typing my reply. Still unless its trying to stall the motor and thus...
No, not done yet. I just dont get around that fast. I have the hubs. Im a curious about what Ron said about using hardend steel rather than a softer bronze bushing. Not sure what I would need to get from the steel supply shop.
With the truck not running, turn the master switch on and check to see if the in-tank pump is running AND pumping fuel to the filters. Could be the fuse or could be a bad hose inside the tank.
