You must have the European version of the injector pump. Everything is on the wrong side. ;-)
Like cpf said the fitting is no longer available. Just hook the hoses directly to the valve. The top fitting is for the line going to the transmission. The bottom fitting goes to the vacuum pump.

to answer the OP's question, when you get a title, you give up the SF-97 as it is part of the titling process.

In the stock configuration you can not turn on the BO lights without first turning off the main lights (headlight, tail and stop). Just the way it is designed.
The factory operation of the blackout lights is this: (going from memory ;-) )
both switches he's in the neutral position - no headlights, park lights or stop lights
Service switch in on position - all regular lights work
Service switch in off position - the main power for headlights, park...

One of the main issues to look for with the CUCV series is hacked up wiring. Many have come from the VFDs across the nation and many, many times the wiring is a total mess.
