I pull the drive shafts loose from the rear and front diff and wire them up. Kenny suggested this also.

Yes the bumper is correct. I have never saw a 5 ton with the bumper upside down like the Deuces sometimes are.

thats about all the speed that the M818's with 11.00's have. the cummins only likes 2,150 RPM's. they will not live long when over reved.

yes the 250 part really suffers when it comes to any kind of hill with a load. i have a 335 sitting here that has been majored. need to get jakes on it and put it in the M819. i bet the 250 would run 150 - 200 k without trouble when used and maintained properly. cold starts and load before...

Thanks. thought the winch drive looked pretty straight forward but it dont seem to want to let loose.

they forgot to use piston coolers would be my first complaint. bump the fuel and the exhaust temps run high in a hurry.
