RDD... the above that CG has is a LDT set up (got one in mine just like it) ... thus far there are 3 types I've seen used in the LDT...
There are several pressure plates that look identical to the LDT which fit outer engines and a just so slightly off. Longer or shorter...
Well... got the bed painted and bolted back on (bed liner is Duplicolors product commonly sold in parts stores)... Also added 2 more batteries to the mix in the rear of the frame... The Amps had killed the one gel cell I had not the 12V system, kinda new that was coming but was beign lazy about...
Cant tell ya for sure Lane but I do know with a LOT of looking myself and a few others have never found another source for rim that would fit. Chuck and I were in the conversation of having center plates made to fit Hummer wheels and changing his over to 16.5's as the stock wheels are EXPENSIVE...
I can do the back plate also but can not replicate the shifter lock out with out investing a lot in tooling... I've considered making them with out but I don't know if anyone would be interested in such...
I will be making the top plates this weekend so I should have them ready to ship next...

A educated guess on hose temp rating would be 300+... Thats proably about 6+ inches from the manifold and Im sure fine temp wise.
The www.prelube.com link mentioned above is errr umm kinda of a piece... The pumps are small chemical pumps generally used on ATV mounted...
