That's what I have and they fit but they're a little bit chunky, I would say they barely fit. I hear the Chrysler Pacifica seats fit better a little slimmer.
I am interested in a double wide seat. I actually have the whole second row from the previous generation explorer Eddie Bauer explorer but it's a tad too wide for the double section, so I've bolted out in the bed like a Subaru Brat! PM me if you will be near Pendleton...
Nice work!
My question is what seats are those that you put in the middle because I've been trying to find a pair of middle seats that will fit well and not as tall as the f250 jumper seats
If anybody wants a solid model for the expansible van body, which comes on the m313 trailer among others and the m930 6x6 among others let me know and I can send it to you
I've remodeled the main trailer body using weldments in SolidWorks based upon my best measurements so far. This will give me more accurate ways to understand how am I modifications will affect the design strength etc.
Btw, the front chamfer is too allow cab tilt, while having the habitat positioned with the wheel wells over the truck tires as close as possible and as far forward as possible. The habitat actual has 3 wheel wheel per side even though the trailer only has two axles, but the spacing is closer on...
I did a lot of cutting and dissecting on the front of this currently trailer mounted habitat that will go on my M1083A1. Water had gotten in there and caused a lot of rust and aluminum rot from wet fiberglass. I needed to modify the front anyway so all of that had to go. I have completed the...
3D printers are not so expensive. Couple hundred dollars for a cheap Chinese one, but I don't buy cheap Chinese crap if I can avoid it. That's a Prusa printer made in Czech Republic. And no Chinese parts. They're just under a thousand and I've had it for 3 years. About $700 if you buy it as a...
That's 100% out of the printer. I've had very good results with this material, and using a gyroid infill you can easily fill it with polyester resin or some other epoxy. Then it's solid and hard. I'm not sure I need to though this material is so very hard and strong.
3D printing of one of the the brake tools nearly done. The inside has a gyroid pattern which is cool because you can fill it with epoxy which is what I will do once it's done printing. Gyroid is kind of like a Mobius strip in 3D form. Pouring in epoxy will go all the way to the bottom and...
These tools are expected to be made out of hot rolled steel. I'm going to try 3D printing them in carbon fiber polycarbonate and see how they do. You may download the SolidWorks or step file or STL file. I may offer them for sale later or if you're interested PM me for a 3D printed version...
I accidentally came across this while searching for something else in the TMs the other day. Cab support tool, haven't found the section yet that shows you how to use it but here it is.
TM_9-2320-366-20-1, unit maintenance 1 of 5, E-4, page E-7, actual page #s are 1537-1540. I have modeled it...
I was just looking through the m1083 TM, and I came across a diagram for making a cab support tool... I'll have to find it again and reference the section!
