46" tires in Houston
Keep me in mind if anyone is in the market for 46" tires or custom wheels. I am 45 min South of Houston and they are in-stock.

drag
when I picked up my A3 from Hooks the brakes were dragging. I disconnected the all-thread linkage directly over the axle that connects to the parking brakes. There was not enough adjustment in it to back off the parking brake.

Yes
I talked with him and he is on the right track. Take a look at the Dynatrac hubs as he is modeling these after that design. They work like a diff locker and fail to the LOCKED mode.
They will work with the big shafts by changing out the lock ring.

Done this....
I worked with Torklift Hitch to produce a bolt on Class V hitch that uses FACTORY HOLES. No drilling. I went out of pocket to send them a frame section to use as a design jig. Made in the USA.
It mounts to the side of the frame and not on the bottom flange. Destructive...
yes but...
Barrman's description is accurate but I have never been to an event where we could not "make it happen" if a disabled parson wanted to participate. Tell him/her to come on and we will find a way.
Last month we safely shot MGs off the back of a 5 ton with a coworker with MS that has...
Hey Joe
Hey Joe. Try to find some XZL 395s. I can't recall off hand what the rating is but they are more than my XML 395 tires. I have 1400 XZLs on one truck and 395 XZLs on another. I prefer the 395s hands down!
They XZL pattern does much better off road than I expected. It cleans well...
Hitch
I had a US hitch company make batch of Class V (20,000#) hitches for the deuce. They have double receivers (2 1/2" over a 2") and they attach to the side of the frame in EXISTING bolt holes with 1/2" plate. The ball height is ~19" off the ground when used with the Magnum drop shank...
cab conversions
Wow Chess. The cab conversions look great. Please call me. I have an M931A2 that needs a cab conversion like yours.

Upper
Craig at Tactical Innovations makes the upper. It is called the AM-15 but I do NOT recommend it. I ended up getting a refund (less my shipping to and from to trouble shoot it) because it would not run without drama. I switched back to a 5.56 upper with q/c barrels.
Truthfully, there...
true...
Richard, truer words have never been said. I have a Mk58 Navy mg mount on the back of the tailgate for mgs. Here is my Pop shooting a spade grip M16.

Forgot a special Thanks
I forgot to add a special thanks to Mr. Tim for selling me a great genny. I ran it to power a polesaw to trim limbs ~12 feet up to make a path to get to the back pasture.
Thanks Tim!

I have used the deuce bobbers around the farm for a few years and they have been adequate tools but this weekend I used a 5 ton to deal with some downed trees from the storm.
All I can say is WOW... Just WOW! One of the root balls was taller than me! These trucks are in a completely different...
