You'll spend more to have them recentered than it will cost to get the right wheel. Rims are $50-100 each in my area. Recentering is ~$300 each. Used tires are easy to find at truck shops.
NOx is a term that describes oxides of nitrogen (NO and NO2) which are a component of vehicle exhaust and contribute to photochemical smog. NOy describes NO3 and so on. N2O is nitrous oxide.
The drag link is basically a G21 valve one one end with the other end custom built. The trouble is, it is a $1200 drag link. Hard to justify if the HF54 can be done for significantly less. I have been hoping to fine a G21 in a salvage yard and get just the balance of parts from Garrison.

I'd be interested in which drag link valve you are referring to. Garrison Mfg makes a new drag link valve with correct ball studs but they are spendy. They will also make standard drag links for those who want to do alternative steering boxes but don't...
I have found that the GMC and REO carbs have slightly different jets. Forget about the 885FFG and get a modern Holley 2300 series 2bb. The economaster is the best and has excellent driveability. Use a large holley to rochester adapter available at any speed shop.
The gasket that M35-tom sells is made by victor. According to VR literature, this part number was released in 2005. I suspect that this is the newest design available.
