Coach, I was having difficulty finding a bolt that is not drilled for plugging my spare tire CTIS. I suppose I could find a shoulder bolt, but the army uses a blank banjo bolt. I guess this may be a minor hijack but near to on topic.

Ok,
Few issues here….
I have everything but I am missing a few bolts.
Can someone confirm the following guesses? I hope to order today from McMaster.
Compressor to bracket: 4ea m10x1.5 x 100mm?
Upper bracket to lower bracket: 4ea m10x1.5 x 30mm?
Condenser: guessing m10x1.5 x 30mm...
I was contemplating a Gaco roll on roof coating. You can do this yourself and you can recoat on top of the old coat to repair.
I heard good things about it. I have not tried it yet.

I would say the strength of the spring is your least concern. For me it is the overhanging weight of your unsupported corner when one side of the box lifts off of the weight bearing surface.
A true three or four point mount that is properly designed with a subframe can be torsion free. A spring mount by definition is not torsion free, so your box needs to be stronger to take the twist. You will be putting torsion into your box with captive springs.
Some boxes are really not strong...
I thought you had to swap the whole valve.
The videos you had in here I believe give replacement valve part numbers or sources.
