    Fuel IP compensator

Yes, the engine can still run any type of fuel as designated on the dash with the FDC bypassed. So that yellow sticker is a sign of a rebuilt or later build engine. ..and yes, the search function is less than effective. I've had greater success using google to search SS: "steelsoldiers.com FDC...

    Doing a wheelie in a M-49 - A Recovery of a Deuce

I'd like to see a video of those tires spinning. I did the same thing with two m35a2s and it didn't like those fishbowl curves nor going up hill.

    Odd tire and wheel

Gimpy is correct. They are for bridge layer trucks. Source: I had 10 Deuce tires, you mean 9.00x20s? Are they NOS and have a rim?

What did you do to your deuce this week?

I don't mind the questions. I do them for fun mostly. The satisfaction of painting and creating is more thrilling for me than for most. I don't usually sell them but people do tend to walk up with money at times and a deuce goes to a new home. I consider it one MV saved from the scrapper. [thumbzup]

    M816 hot rodding ?

With these vehicles it's difficult to get either more power or better fuel efficiency from their stock build without detracting from their service life. Does anyone know how much I would pay for bows and a cover for a 923?

A standard set of used bows (fiberglass) and a decent cover is about $500 when you can get it. NOS you should expect $750 or so.

Insurance of a m35a2 in Tx

If it's for personal use State Farm will do it cheap without restrictions. If you want to go the antique route: Haggerty, Gulfway, and a slooth of others are available but mind the requirements and restrictions. Each has been covered in great detail on the site. Happy hunting!
