I agree with Jones, Kroil is th eonly way to go, workes better than any other penetraing solvant that I ever used..On the more difficult bolts etc, I let the solvant pentrate for a bit.

afterthought, if you need shoes, there is a local suppler that has relined shoes for th M-135, just got my shoes for my USMC , had to return the cores, will send you the info if you need them
with ref to 10w non det oil vs 30w non det oil, I have 30w non det in mine, I have tryied to locate 10w non det and wiht no luck, does anyone know where to get 10w non det?

jland, I would not replace the rubber mount with solid steel, the rubber mount acts as a vib cushion/shock absorbor. Think that was the original intent. I agree with the other sugestions to make one out of the hard rubber. Good luck.
