You are very welcome. I had a "Blast" and will be there next time with the Amish girl chicken wings. Thanks to John for hooking me up with some electrical connector's for my fog lights. It was good to see everyone.
This is always a pain in the A. I cut a circle out of 1/4 plate a little smaller than the axle tube, cut it in half, then welded it to a piece of 3/4" pipe about 4' long. Then i slide it into the tube without touching anything (try not to anyway), and pull all the dirt out. It gets the worst of...
My lower cap was a job too. After I got all the bolts out (one of them broke off) I soaked it, twisted it left and right, and pounded a metal handled screw driver in both sides. It finally let loose. I had to raise the jack stands higher so I could get at it better.

I've never seen a deuce race in the drags. But they might in the pulls. I used to race a blue 69 Blazer in the drags.
I'm going right through Millersburg tomorrow on my way to the Line Mountain race track. Saturn surplus is in Millersburg too, but I dont think they will have a spare tire.
Hello from S.E. Pa.
I got my spare from Colemans Military Surplus in Millersburg. $75 NDT tire on a rim holding air.
Your near Kempton? The drags are coming up soon.
I dont have a problem with my vinyl coated canvas cover, is that the one you have? The worst part is undoing the quarter turn fasteners on the tail gate, but other than that, it keeps everything dry. If i need to throw fire wood in the back, i take it off but leave the bows in the stowed...
