    New shop van owner

Welcome from Kansas City, MO. I also had trouble with my battery terminals melting. I switched to Interstate MHD31 batteries with the screw posts. They work great. I'd check out the whole brake system to make sure everything is working well.

    Wheel bearing inspection

Yep. They didn't quite make it as simple as it could have been but they did do it in a way that makes you check several things at once which isn't such a bad thing either.

Yep. I need a couple of loose 1" pins for attaching feet to the tow bar legs.

    HMMWV anti theft devices?

You might give the police the plate and description of the vehicle as suspicious. Who know what else they might be up to. The police could even be looking for it in connection to other suspicious acts or crimes.

    HMMWV anti theft devices?

I agree with finding a place to keep it while you're gone. If someone wants it badly enough they will get it but if it's kept somewhere else it would take them forever to find it.
