So the original hood was just beat to **** then? I have moved them around before and i know they arent light by any means i cant imagine tryin to place it and bolt ot without the skid steer or hoist.
Yeah google gov sam brownback. Its contract year at work so we shall see what the future holds. I love michigan but waaaay too many democraps.
Maybe tx or arizona. We cant even get a decent winter storm, cold and dreary but no snow. Summer is just hot and ungodly humid.
I longingly looked out the window at the 925 sitting there plugged in covered in ice. I have been working 7 day weeks at work to help pass the time in the winter and i have decided if my job here ever goes away i will be out of this **** state as fast as possible. I think after 30 years i have...
I would just chain the front axle so it cant turn like a hay wagon. It would be fairly easy to do, for short term. Long term i would just installed a lock pin on the front that when the front axle is straight you drop a pin through a hole in the deck or neck into the sterring of the trailer...
I wouldnt see why you couldnt. Only issue i could think of would be volume of fluid with all the lines and valves. That said if you are isolating each application that would be a moot point.
No kidding the bracing work must be working well to hold it that way.

Remember pulling a heavy trailer 1 time with fresh hardware is one thing. 5-10-15 years down the road...
It has a block heater recently installed when i flushed the coolant and did the thermostat and added the coolant filter. I checked all hoses and they are tight. It really looks like it just came out of the oil cooler up on top but now its gone so maybe it boiled out with the heater or it...
Its a GM 8 bolt on 6.5 spacing wheel. There are literally MILLIONS out there. Very easy to find. As long as they are pre 2011 gm it will fit fine.
16.5 will greatly reduce your tire selection. KISS and get the GM wheel. Dodges are the same 8 on 6.5 also up to 2010 i believe.
Well i guess the general fixed its leak. It started right up sounded great and not a drop of coolant. Maybe the block heater boilded it over while plugged in over night?
Lol these were sunglasses with extra lens taped around the edges. But i can tell you his welds held for 7 months before mortar rounds left that truck fubar and retired to the caniblize yard.
Sorry to derail you humvee guys thread, i just found that armoring interesting lol.
