Go to a independent Vin Verification or DMV processor...don't go to the CHP (they either have no idea what to do or go nuts and get you for everything). I got lucky and had the Midas shop local also be certified for vin verification, so had it done there with no hassles at all.
For those who are having vehicle issues, come anyway! I've come out for this in a Saturn Ion before, still had a blast and the road is fine for a POV. Fun is fun, plain and simple!

Some great video of the Lionclaws XII event from this past Memorial Weekend. Part 1 has a few vehicle intros and a lot of other goofy stuff. Our Bad Karma team is well represented in all the videos. Hope to see more people out with their MV's for this next year. It really is a blast!

After having multiple issues with the sending unit and gauge on my M109, I switched to a manual gauge. Cheap to pick up at any auto parts store, just run the tubing thru the firewall and into the new gauge. You'll always know if you have pressure.
Thanks to everyone that came out, a bit windy on Saturday, but always good to see everyone. The Sunday morning training went well with the members navigating to a location, identifying the object to be retrieved, repelling down and pulled back up with the target in hand. It was a bit too breezy...
