Apply air pressure to your (full) fuel tank through the filler neck using shop rags to make a seal. Keep the pressure applied and have someone start cranking the engine, should start after a couple times.......Make sure it's FULL!

Welcome to our sickness.... The reservoir air pressure should be set to 105psi. The FLU has an air OVER hydraulic braking system and only uses air pressure as a booster....Think vacuum but reversed. The rest of the air system is reserved for fun things like shifting, lockers and air brake...
