I am surprised no one mentioned desplined front hubs or removing the middle axle to free up the drive line on such a long drive.

The welder generator and the control panel for it is gone.

I took a look at the ad and will say the upgrades are quite a bonus. to buy a winch and put it on a non winch truck is anywhere from $1000 - $1500 the tire / wheels are about $200 a piece. So that is at least $1200, I didn't see if there was a spare tire and wheel included or not I know those...

I miss the gov liquidation days. The prices were lower and more were out per auction. There were less fees involved as well. You had to do your homework but you got a much better price.
