I had one of those trucks. I took alot of the equipment out of it and still have most if you are missing anything let me know. It was based on the M811 truck. I still have the generator / welder setup if you need it.

Go to Wal-Mart and get the group 65's I think. Bottom line they sell a battery with a 1 year warranty for around $50. You can't beat that price anywhere.

At 60mph that engine isn't going to hold together too long. Many in neutral down hill. But then what about brakes? Yikes!

What is a b model? Is that the quite kit added or it is the 400Hz model?

If the fuel tank caps are missing there is a good chance there is water in the fuel. Those engines don't run too well on water. You might want to check that out before you drive it home. It might idle ok, but get it out on the road and you will have problems.

I have an M36E3 with similar upgrades, I wish I have the 5.9 cummins in mine, but it has a Cat 3116. It does have the ZF 5 speed manual trans. I am hoping to bob the truck this summer.
