About this point, the snapshots start to show up. I saw lots I'd like to have taken in the short time I spent on the field, but there's just one that had to be took.
Thanks, Scott.

How can so many guys can type pretty much the same thing at the same time when they're hundreds of miles apart? Probably ate the same batch of $1 hot dogs at about 3 pm on Sunday.
Just amazing.

The club doesn't charge. The fairgrounds charges.
The way it is explained prior to the show, the fairgrounds checks, and then the fairgrounds charges the camping fees. The club just collects them -- without a markup. If the club doesn't collect them, the club still gets charged. There is no...
First, thanks to the SteelSoldiers members who recognized my avatar on the trailer and stopped to talk. I love placing faces with names, though I'm notorious for losing track of both. Be gentle with me next time we bump in to each other.
It's disappointing to see these experiences recounted...
Jatonka might have the seat covers and I think Art has the bridge plate. Both are probably busy getting ready and might not see this.
Watch Weather.com. The forecasts for the last week have been remarkably pessimistic compared to what we get.

I'll have these things among others:
WWII 1 ton PBY/Catalina bomb hoist
(2) 1008 cargo covers (one appears brand new; used one pictured on my M116) Should also fit an M101. They're 8 x 6 x 3
M101A3 landing leg jack (NOS)
Air-O-Matic for an M35. New in box.
(11) matched 9.00 x 20 Denman...
"Ken" is an MTA member who's most always in the Vietnam era reenactor area. Mutt set up for MPs, a tent, and several guys in uniform. You've probably seen him. Hesitate to publish last names or contact info on the Internet for guys not on on SS. I'm pretty sure that if you express interest...
There's one in all white that shows up periodically at the Redball/MTA picnic, and there were several nice ones (2 - 3?) at Gilbert last year. You might inquire for contacts, parts, leads, and info through the Redball website, www.RedballOnline.org. I think that's also Bob Rubino's club and I...
Thursday is a work and setup day for tables, tents, etc. It's not a show day. I'm sure that if you'd show up around 10 - 11, you'd be more than welcome to pitch in.

Thread files (aka thread chasers) are fairly common on Ebay. That's where I got mine. The ones in the photo are for the bolt thread but a friend has one with those and then a round tip on each end with the companion thread for the inside of the nut. I'm still looking for one of those...
And I know at least 1 person you made very happy doing it.
Good to see you and so many others yesterday.
Overheard guy telling girl leaving the show building as he pushed something around in his right hand with his thumb: "I've only got 50 cents left!"
Then it WAS a good show.
See you all...
If you have an M-Series windshield frame or two - 3/4, 2.5 or 5ton, that you were sending to the scrapper due to rust, I'd be interested. Another little project.
