Was there on Friday and it was awesome, even though it was early there were a lot of people and I have a feeling Saturday is going to be big. Got my new M274 Mule home safe and sound. Will post pictures.
I can relate to this thread, last week we notice leaks on the center axle tires. I ordered seals and when we had everything apart everything was OK. What we think happened, when we last removed the drums we repacked the bearings but with the wrong type of grease. The last roadtrip was long...
I have taken the generator/welder equipped with a Wisconsin 4 cyl engine out of my M1031 and would like to know is someone would be interested in the unit. If no one is interested it will go to scrap metal. The engine has 57 hrs on the clock. We are replacing this unit with a 903C 10k generator...
Hey Wallew, Here is your answer, change your axle from the standard military type and put on a civilian trailer axle with electric brakes. If you are going to spend the bucks on changing the tires go for the civilian axle with electric brakes that way it will solve the deuce/big tuck problem...
Thanks gents for all the positive comments on Dave, everything i have heard is excellent, except for a couple comments about not leaving your beer under guard and key.. I hear he also picks up all the empties afterwards. I think it has to do with being a southern boy. With all the positive...
Thanks for the info and the picture, I will be picking up an A5 from David Kelone in Gilbert next week and wasn't too sure. I guess I will hook up the toy hauler and the trailer. I have a 2000 Volvo and a 25ft trailer. Oh well I am also looking for a M35 parts truck with a good title, we need...
I have a MKT 90 that I would like to sell or trade. Am looking for a M1008 or M1028 for trade. If anyone is interested I will bring the MKT to Gilbert. If you are interested PM me and I can send photos. Thanks
Beautiful machine, I am really envious, really nice job on the seat anf headache rack very well done. I will cantact Charlie if I can find him on the members list Thanks
They are built on the frame and chassis of the US M35 with over 100 safety modification plus the Detroit diesel and Allison tranny. I lined up all the deuces and asked the military rep which truck was Canadian or American and with all the Cdn parts on the US trucks he could barely tell the...
The roof racks are great if you look at the pictures you will see that the M109A3 and the M35 both have the rack, I believe that M109 Guy has the plans for the rack. The racks were installed by the military and they are great to put 2 lawn chairs in. To ease my pain I am looking for a M274 Mule.
I'm really sorry to see it go, but it also ends a 3 year battle to get the truck on the road, the Canadian Military branded the registration to keep them off the road. But I still have 2 M35 Canadian that look exactly the same as the M35.
Yes I kept the towbar and everything else that wasn't necessary to run the truck. Unfortunatly it was sold to a guy who has a large property where they go off roading.
Well today was a day I didn't want but it happened. I put my M36C with Hiab up for sale on Friday and on Saturday morning the first guy came, looked at it pulled out his checkbook and the truck was sold. It took 12 hrs to sell and I got my full asking price.
I really liked this truck but I have...
