You cant just open bleeders and then pump the pedal, close the bleeders , pump the pedal , and have a second person cracking the bleeders, while you hold pressure on the pedal...
But i'm sure you already knew that....
I've been using 30wt Nondetergent motor oil on my winch cables, on deuce and 5 ton.
I recently had all the cable payed out on the deuce, and the cable was in beautiful condition, I know the regular cable lube is prolly better , but i'm really happy with the results of the nondetergent motor oil.
Make sure the fording plug is NOT in ! The hole in the bottom of the bellhousing should be open!
And yes, if the trans is over full ,it can cause problems
I have a keyed cutoff switch in a hiddin place in the cab, on my M813A1 !
I got mine ,1000amp switch from jatonka on this site.
Just shut the switch off ,take the key out, and you know it isnt going anywhere.
Just a thought here, But with only two Batteries, you wont be able to use the slave connector.
I dunno , i always run four batteries, Because i have multiple vehicles, i need the slave feature.
