Update: I think I found the problem. I pulled the caps off to take a look and everything looks fine
Upon inspection of the caps. Hmmm something doesn't look right.
Compared to the old MM cap.
And a Warn standard cap.
Looks like Warn might have forgot some parts for the cap?:cookoo: Looks...
All four wheels on the ground. Transfer case in 2hi. Front hubs locked, driveshaft spins freely. When I engage the transfer case 4 low/hi the driveshaft locks but the axle probably isn't locked.
Had a local mechanic install new Warn Premium locking hubs on my M1009 the other day and when I lock the hubs with the truck stationary with all four wheels on the ground. The front driveshaft still spins. Any idea what he did wrong?
Just took a little trip down to "Aspen Alley" checking out the fall colors.
You pick up the strangest stuff out on the trail WTH is this? A key?
Finally got tired of the oil leak coming from the new rear main seal. Pulled the oil pan and main cap found out the seal spun itself out and installed a new one. So far no more oil leaks.

4th, Do you tow using a military vehicle only, or a both a military vehicle and a civilian vehicle? The M1009
I've done quite a bit this summer. New glow plugs, block heater, rear main seal, pan gasket and bypassed the engine oil cooler lines. Even after all that work the M1009 still leaks oilaua
