It acts like the throttle cable is not there, throttle will increase idle but will not decrease idle.
Started it today did not move throttle started at 55hz and as it warmed up ran up to 69 hz at which time I turned it off.

Try adding lube to your fuel,my 09 was real noisy with ultra low sulfur fuel. I added outboard 2cycle oil to each tank made a big difference. After you check for lose bolts.
Are the 802/803 units load testing as good as the MEP002/3's test? I put 10kw on my 002 for a short time, it did not like it but it took it and ran better afterwards. How much can the 802/3's take.
The power would go out if someone would spit out of their car window. Now that I have my 002 hooked up and running good, the power has not even flickered.
