The Jacqueline Cochran Air Show (Thermal Air Show) is November 5th , 2011. Looks like basically the same setup/performers as Hemet, but with a longer runway, the C-17 can actually land and last year the F-16's were going supersonic cause they can and you are in Thermal so who cares? Weather...

A few pics of the 109 at Operation Lion Claws X over Memorial Weekend. Had a great time and Col. McKnight loved the setup.

We will be leaving Moreno Valley at 7:30 sharp. Best to get there a bit before that.

I've got plates, bowls and spoons (for the BBQ Beans). Cups for sodas and I always have some papertowels in the rig. Chips and Dips (green onion and toasted onion). Anyone able to pick up loco hosa on thier way? Loco if you can get to the Moreno Valley checkpoint, I can certainly take you...

Is your bike down now as well?

Yes I'm bringing chips and dips, will also have some plates available and may even fire up some bbq baked beans if anyone wants. I'll have some limited amounts of soda and alot of cups, if anyone wants to bring a few 2 ltrs of soda, that would be great.

Don't have one currently, but I'll keep an eye out for one in my travels and grab it for you if you haven't gotten one by the time I find one.

30 min to eat at Jack in the Box, 30 min to use the bathroom afterwards...he'll be ready to go at 7:30!

I expect you'll find me pretty close to the Jack in the Crack with some type of breakfast sandwich sticking outta my face. That pin is pretty close.

I'm fine with cooking on top of a fuel tank, just figured the airport might not be. The 109 has a gen to run the microwave. I also have a flat grill top that can go over the stove burners if anyone wants to cook burgers or dogs. And if needed we can always fall back to the 24V MRE heater...

It sounds like we are having a BBQ. Do we know if they will allow that where we will be parked (could be next to a fuel depot for all I know). And if we are, maybe we should make a list of who is bringing what so we don't end up with hot dogs and burger buns....not that we couldn't make that work.

I don't have a spare currently, so would love to get my hands on one. Don't have much to trade but, what are your needs?
