Anyone put a travel trailer on a Deuce or 5 ton?

If you are going to take it off roading i could see where the frame would twist and flex and the travel trailer might not be able to do it as well. It could work fine or be a mess

    M1009 towing an M105A2 trailer..

I have seen them towed with a Ford Crown Victoria already. If the trailer is empty it is under 3000lbs. But with those 9.00 x 20 you have a bit of rotational energy. Plan you stops leave some space and if your truck is ok you should be fine.

Or if you have air wipers pull the hose off and open it all the way. You can control your air loss from the cab that way.

Do you need a CDL for a 5 ton

Yes or No Take your pick on the answer to suit your needs. This question has come up so many times. It depends on the state, technically is the GVW is over 26,001 lbs you need a higher weight class in most states.

    Find the right Deuce

I wouldn't say if you buy from a dealer you won't have any issues at all. Search through the forum here and you will find stories of people buying from dealers and not even getting home. Sometimes their refurb just includes topping off the fluids and a quick coat of paint. Buyer beware.
