I don't know if I would like to fix a tire on the road with that style rim. A3 rims unbolt and have a o-ring, but a rim that requires a machine to mount and dismount the tires doesn't fit my thought of a good combo for a deuce.2cents
With the stock two piece rim there is a lot of flange to retain the bead. How much differance is there with these wheels and how hard are they to mount tires on?
Nice project how much did you invest in just the motor swap. I see dodge aircraft tugs on GL all the time, maybe this would a cheaper motor swap than a international DT466.
Stacey David is doing a dura-max in a old U.S Navy international tractor I am sure he will have to deal with the computer issue. Projects | Official Website of Stacey David and Gearz TV
I picked up A very nice M101A3 at Drum today. Everything went well except for a GL customized fender that I can fix. We had to stop at D!ck's Country Store what a place like the sign says groceries gasoline guns and guitars
I waited the full sixty days before calling the DLA on my fifth EUC. As it turns out some GL lame was sitting on the paperwork and needed a push. I had my paid invoice in a week. the DLA deals with so many things they are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and it is not 60 business day just 60 days.
I have two 1971 deuces one with a LDS with a D turbo and a LDT with a C turbo. The LDS is the way to go I have been spoiled. When I got the LDT I was surprised at the differance.
