    I had the wheel bearings serviced so I figure why not install new hubs. I am pretty sure the old ones were the originals.

    Update: I think I found the problem. I pulled the caps off to take a look and everything looks fine Upon inspection of the caps. Hmmm something doesn't look right. Compared to the old MM cap. And a Warn standard cap. Looks like Warn might have forgot some parts for the cap?:cookoo: Looks...

    Re-stenciled the M1009 because I put the wrong markings on it. Now it's correct8-) and installed a new fuel filter. Also new locking hubs.

    I meant when the truck was stationary all four wheels on the ground. Sorry should have explained it better.

    When the trucks moving the drive shaft should spin with the hubs locked. Mine does not.

    All four wheels on the ground. Transfer case in 2hi. Front hubs locked, driveshaft spins freely. When I engage the transfer case 4 low/hi the driveshaft locks but the axle probably isn't locked.

    Had a local mechanic install new Warn Premium locking hubs on my M1009 the other day and when I lock the hubs with the truck stationary with all four wheels on the ground. The front driveshaft still spins.:evil: Any idea what he did wrong?

    Finally got tired of the oil leak coming from the new rear main seal. Pulled the oil pan and main cap found out the seal spun itself out and installed a new one. So far no more oil leaks.:beer:

    cucv fuel pump rod trouble

    Eliminate it and install an electric pump. Problem solved!

    I've done quite a bit this summer. New glow plugs, block heater, rear main seal, pan gasket and bypassed the engine oil cooler lines. Even after all that work the M1009 still leaks oilaua
