The auction shows make and model unknown but NSN shows MANITEX LOAD KING INC. In the video it looks like it has semi air couple on it.

Looking at bidding on dual tandem flat bed trailier on GL. The trailier looks to have air brakes on it. Are the brakes on without air or off without air? Looking on how to get it home, will be pulled w/01 or 06 dodge diesel. Thanks
