I did not have my account suspened for asking for a refund. Now if i would have just had the credit card company cancel payment then i probably would have had my account suspended. It took a while but i got a refund, they got to hold my money for 3 months.

I still have EUC's from 5039 out yet. I tried to call GL to cancel the sale and get a refund and they won't do that either.

I don't think it helps to call them. I think they make it take longer just to spite you.
