When I shift into reverse, it seems like there is a lot of slop in the drive train, similar to a failing U joint problem I had in an old F250. I went under and grabbed the drive shaft, but there isn't any play in it.
Any ideas? It has been doing this for as long as I can remember and doesn't...
Cut WM some slack, Elmo is a magnificent possum!
In fact I've never seen one that nice. All we have on the

I am about to tear into the hubs on my M1008 and
would like to get all the parts necessary before hand since it is my daily driver. Does anyone know where I can buy the O ring seal that is part of the locker assembly?

Hi guys, is it possible to pull everything enough to repack the bearings without tearing up the seals? It's my daily driver, so I have to have everything I need before I tear into it.

I tried to fit a little one I had for pulling pulleys, but it wouldn't grab.
Any help would be appreciated,
Bruce

My buddy Tim who has a halftrack got a trailer with electric brakes.
He asked to use my M54A2 to pull it to Tower Park for a couple of years going.
He installed a "brakesmart" system in my 5 ton and it worked like a charm.
We had to install a transducer in the brake line and some batteries which...

These guys have an assortment that includes the right size for $7.53. Not sure about shipping cost, but I get stuff from them all the time, so I'll just tack a few more things on the order that I need.
Thanks everyone, You have restored my faith!
