118712 24 volt military coil from Boyce

Thanks Jason, I realize you don't need a 24 volt coil, but I was trying to keep things simple and avoid mounting resistors, etc. The strange thin g about this coil is that it not only has that flat contact area in the bottom of the hole, but it has two tabs that stick out with holes in...

118712 24 volt military coil from Boyce

Hi All, I just bought a 24 volt military coil from Boyce, but the connection at the top is new to me. Physically it is the same sort of format, but instead of having a metal lining to the inside of the hole, it is just the plastic side of the hole. There is a metal bottom to the hole as...

    Fuel pressure switch question

Hi Randy, They are plenty cheap enough. i believe I paid $20 from Owens Export. Yes they are only used for the STE/ICE test gear. I am not quite sure where the device leaks at, as I don't have mine apart right now. I figured that plugging up the cavity with a new switch and O ring would make...

Manual transmission in XM211 Hybrid ID Please

Bassed on pictures I found on the web, it is not the Muncie 420. The one characteristic that stands out is that on both sides there are pockets with threaded bolt holes on either side of the pocket. If you were a giant, you could use the two pockets for hand holds when you removed the...

I believe that the distributor and coil that are in there now is a 12 volt system. It is not the original distributor and wires. The coil says delco remy, but I haven't found any more identification on it yet.
