With trailers, any tire is "good" as long as it is not dryrotted, weatherchecked, etc it will work. Tread pattern (or lack of it) doesn't really matter.

With the SN you posted, your trailer was delivered on 7/31/09, and manufactured by Schutt Industries, built under contract W56HZV-08-D-0107. There will be no tags, as the MWOs were only for the 1997 contract trailers. All the trailers built after the MWO's were issued had them integrated...
Here is a close up of the mounts. They are both the same for both sides. Add the 3 straps, and your done. Pretty easy to install. If you do install that rear set of mounts, the canvas will leak in the rain. I don't drive my truck that much to worry about the rub thru with the heater hose on...
