A "CDL" isn't the short and sweet answer to your situation. Commercial Licenses like Non-Commercial come in classes.
The CLASS of the license is 10 times more important than if it's commercial or not.
(your state may vary)

I see that you HAVE the pin and chain that goes into the mount over the springs... I guess that shakles go there right? I'm missing all of those parts on my M52A2... Where can I get them?
WTS Landing Leg
This is a take off part that I removed to use on the repair and restoration of my M116A2 Trailer.
It turns out that this isn't for the 3/4 Ton Trailers. I think I may have taken it off a 1.5 Ton Trailer by mistake.
It's a little dirty, and has some slight surface rust on a few...
I bought two Repro Shackle Brakets from Mid West Military back a year or two ago. I no longer need them.
They're in great shape (slightly used) and are painted #24087 Semi Gloss Olive Drab. The MWM did a great job on these, by the way...
They sell for $65 each, new. (unpainted bare metal)...
