They can handle 24 volts, are bright as ****, come in different colors other then white, and are small enough they can be mounted anywhere.

I bit the bullet a few weeks back and got a 700R4 package from Mike Reid of Dirty Boyz Off Road. Package came with a stage II trans, convertor, cables, etc.

Shouldn't be all too involved. A buddy of mine is a master welder so I pretty much give him the idea and he can make it happen.

The stock heaters in these trucks blow, I would say with your issue check fuses and work your way more into it.

I took a roof off a slantback and "modified" it to work on my 1988 M998 that came to me as a 4 man softop setup.
