In response to your Q about Liftgates, I installed a 3500 lb. "fold under" type. It does work GREAT for my needs HOWEVER you would LOOSE your towing hardware... (I never tow anything) but load things all the time with a bad back.. heh.
you would also loose some departure angle when off roading.
in my case every 30K miles, not exactly lifetime grr ..don't even bother looking at other maint. you could buy many Deuces! lol
diff. fluid is 45 a quart.

I could not tell the color of the fulid already in because there was almost NONE in there!!!
looks like it was a bright yellow

true, I have only changed the ones under the truck pass. side.. I do filter my WMO to 5 microns tho.. no loss of power so far? hmmm i do have replacements ready to go!
After searching, unable to find info, probably not using the "correct" part names/ terms anyway..
on the drivers side of the motor toward the rear, there are 2 smaller filter hOusing looking things (not the 2 oil filters)
I dont know if these are for oil or fuel?

I have "temporarily" for about a year! lol... fixed this problem by using a rubber bungee "assistant" strap hooked from the spring assembly to the front area so far works good
i found some called "Amphenol" and cannon.
there were far to many different sizes and types... do you happen to know the size with the screw on fitting??
Havin random problems with my turn signals working and not mostly not.
I'm pretty sure the plug that screws into the flasher unit, rather the wires are done the insulation is all cracked and falling off as well as many strands are broken and freyed at the rubber base of the plug. and sometimes...
