Be sure and stop by our place when you're driving back thru Ogden- we're right off I-15. Tools and a place to work on the truck if needed, and we're right next door to Boyce Equipment- a good place for parts, etc. I bought couple trucks from my good friend Hundy...
Last December I took the plunge and decided to buy a deuce. It felt like I had to hurry up and buy- if not, they would all be gone and I would miss out forever. Man- it was panic city. I was wrong...lesson learned.
Well, after I got the first one out of the way, there have been TONS of trucks...

That is a really amazing truck for it's age- there were only about 1100 or so made, so you have a real keeper. Good work...
I recently bought a CA registered deuce and the paperwork indicated the owner paid about $290 to register it as historic. It had CA historic pates on it. He also had it insured thru Gulfway (I insure several of my other trucks with them too).

harry- when I picked up my M35A3 at Ft McCoy, it had a serious wobble at about 40mph. It would settle down as speed increased, and the more miles maccus and I put on her, the smother she drove. I think it has a lot to do with tires- both from extended sitting and possibly losing air and sitting...

Took the newest deuce in the motor pool out today- Mesquite to Gold Butte, Nevada. We heard there are some good examples of rock art, so we went with friend's that know the area- (Retired Brigadier General, Utah National Guard, 32 years. Randy J. Ence and his wife).
A nice 50+ mile round trip...
