Hello
Just saw a VERY VERY nice bobbed 5 ton on Division st at 122nd ave about 3;45pm
not that i need to describe any further but, This was Exceptionally nice!!:doghead:
Newer looking green camo, mudflaps with trees or something across the top,
LED headlights, stuff in the back with green...
Yea thats mine. could always put it in the back I guess ;-)
but yes that is a liftgate I installed last year and works amazingly well and just barely fit!
Brian great!
yes i remember.. was great meeting you!
and yes thats why i want to do the work to learn as im sure i will need to in the future and help others as well!
I will keep studying it and also take a look at the other one and my offer still stands it would take a lot last time with someone who has done this before killing me
Oops! sorry about that.
I only put my request in this thread because it is a Pacific Northwest thread specifically and that's what I was looking for only:
hands on instruction (paid) within reason...
replacing front seals and boots.
how much would it cost me to have someone to show me how?
I can travel within in Oregon or Washington or someone can come to my place
I would like to do this on a weekend sometime soon and have most of the tools...
I feel your pain!!
I am going through the same thing NOW... mine runs in High range fine as long as you "baby" it when you give it more throttle it will clank out and into neutral.
I have mine H/L range lever wedged in high but that is not working anymore.
If I hold the lever up I can FEEL it...
FYI I posted in a seprate thread..
Myself and another friend who recently bought a 5ton and another guy who got a Deuce are wanting to make a drive somewhere on SAT late AM..
anyone else intrested in this? opent to location and destinations!
well there be anyone going who has a way to remove the front lug nutz off wheels? I have to put spacers in front and I don't have the right size socket.. Grr! (i want to do the off road thing) need clearance
eh nevermind I'll just try to stop at one of the truck stops on the way up and have...
