I think we are on the right track, after removing P7 i inspected and found no corrosion, after reinstalling the unit fired up, although it only ran for about three minutes and shut back down. No indicator lights came on at all. The fuel pump did stay working, we repeated this about three times...

Battery voltage tested prior and confirmed holding with switch in prime and run. All terminals tested 25.6 with switch in off position.
In on position as follows
S17 = 4.2/4.2
CB1 =6.1/5.1
S1 = 2-6.2 4-4.4 6-4.5 8-4.5

Are there any adjustments to make on the liquid level switch? Or they are set and do not move? I see some C clips on them in pictures, do they move or they are set in a groove? Hard to tell in a pic.
