I guess most here are the DIY type, but for those interested, it looks like LMC has complete bed side panels with the fuel door hole.

A quick Google search using that part number shows 84-94 on that, so that seems a pretty safe range to look for. The file work is needed anyway so the bolt can pass through. Here's a nice guide for the install...

I've had to deal with this over the weekend. Found out that using an angle grinder to make 4 cuts per head, making it square and then smashing them out with a hammer worked well. This does leave some marks on the bumper, but nothing too bad if you're careful.
