What's crazy about the above is whenyou speak to them on the phone they're ecstatic that Hmmwvs are in the public domain and people are enjoying them.

Is it reasonable to think one could take the roof delete (cover) off and take the truck to a body shop where they can weld metal in the home and sand it out to make it smooth and perfect and then repaint? This would eliminate turret leaks and get rid of the turret delete.

With thousands of Hmmwvs being sold to the public this makes perfect sense for them. They may end up more profitable in the civilian community in the long run. Imagine them running the assembly line again for new Hmmwvs straight to civi market. Possibilities....
