Everybody has HOPE! I looked at a 939 series wrecker in Montana a guy had for sale so I went in to ask about it thinking it would be in the 10K price range and the fellow wanted 68K because the govt had only 1200 of them built and there were only a handful left, collectors items for sure!!! KK

I cant see where painting it would cause you any problems, obviously we are talking a normal to lighter level of paint coating it, I dont see where it would appreciably effect the performance of the radiator. KK

Your better off with a D turbo and if you really really think you need the sound of the C trust me in saying they sound totally cool for about an hour and a half! Stay with the D KK

Or if you pulling/hauling something very heavy in the rear it can give you a very short term way to steer the truck if the front end is very light! KK

I had a company who paints trucks in town spray my Deuce, I did 95% of the prep work, essentially everything but the final taping. They did a beautiful job and I saved at least 1500.00 doing the majority of the work myself! KK
