Here are the injector specs and teardown.

Maybe the cosmolined it like the surplus mosin nagants. I actually saw some fogging oil this week at my local advanced auto parts store.

Looks like you are in luck. Check injectors for spray pattern and if they check out you should be good to go. Make sure cylinders are not full of oil before you put them back in and crank the unit.

Dont tear it down yet. Pull off all fuel injectors and fill the pistons with atf or mystery oil for a few days and see if it that loosens up the pistons till you can turn over by hand.

Im sorry for the confusion. What I meant was the Inverter not the governor. I already have a Klopp governor controller and its awsome.
