Here is the finished product of our new billet plates. This new design is machined on a HAAS 5 axis CNC machine out of solid 6061 billet and then anodized for long life and good looks. Where the original plates were a one by one machining process, these are made in bulk.

Well we are taking pics on Monday of the full CUCV kits. They are shipping starting Tuesday. So you have two options: Buy the full CUCV kit and no other modifications are needed to your truck, or buy a Humvee crossover and buy the Hybrid kit. Either way they function the same way.

Basically you are doing fibreglass repair and as such are using resin and depending on the level of damage matting might be needed too. Bondo is for metal repair on the cheap.
