    M925 No start.....puzzled!

Sounds like the same issue I am starting to have. If mine does that I cycle the battery switch a few times and try it again. Mine does that every once in a while. I have a worn out connection somewhere but haven't started looking for it yet.

My M923A2 wont build air pressure past 30-40 PSI in Primary/Secondary air tanks??

That is too low. You need 120 psi for the CTIS to work properly. Some guys recommend 135 psi but I don't like to push excess pressure on my old girl. Just a hair above 120psi is where I am at and everything works like it should.

My M923A2 wont build air pressure past 30-40 PSI in Primary/Secondary air tanks??

Just curious why you are replacing it. Too much hassle to rebuild it or did you see something that you didn't like while in there? Tired of messing with it maybe?

    M939 Inconsistent air pressure...

If it builds air cold but stops maintaining air pressure while running I would skip looking for leaks personally. I would jump right on the compressor/ unloader/ governor. In fact, I would pull the line off the top of the unloader (coming from the governor) and put a few drops of air tool oil...

Need help with 923A2 air issue - Low output

Soapy water does wonders for finding leaks.

Need help with 923A2 air issue - Low output

I am guessing an unloader issue. It is on top of the compressor. There are a few threads about it. Take the inlet line off (coming from the governor) and put a few drops of transmission fluid in there to lube it.

improving turning radius with winch for rear axle?

Ah. I don't think you will gain much in turning radius. But it could be done.
