    Fuel Gauge Not Working

I was reading through here to try and fix my fuel gauge. Seems like it is usually something simple. My gauge read empty but did move from bottomed out to there when I turned the battery switch on. Jiggled all the wires at the gauge and the sending unit. Nothing happened and all seemed tight...

M1070 couldn't do it, had to call up an M816 to help

That boat is a beast. It just towers over the truck. Very nice.

Thinking of changing tire size on my M923

I moved mine onto the tire I changed and took a little test drive. That made a huge difference.

Thinking of changing tire size on my M923

If the CTIS system has been removed make sure the counter balance weights have been removed also. They are only on the front to counter the weight of the CTIS valve assembly. I am new to this also and I blew a front tire. When I swapped it out I didn't change the weight over and my truck rode...

Bobbed M35A3 on "The Car Chasers"

Not sure if I have seen that show or not. I do know that bobbing a truck will double the price of it. Atleast that is what I have seen recently while looking at trucks. Guess it makes sense from a flipper standpoint.

    My m923a2 in Central TX

I will put that one my list. Thanks for the info. I only have one Michelin on the truck but the spares are Michelins also. That will help my OCD also. I need to turn the directional Goodyears around on the passenger side too. I saw the tire date thread. I need to look into that and see how...

    What do you build?

You guys do some amazing work. I can weld but nothing worth putting up here. I mainly tinker with welding. Anything structural gets done by my buddy. The stuff I build looks like this:

    Have prices gone berserk?

Very valid points. It just makes what I paid look even better.

    My m923a2 in Central TX

Tm study in the works. The previous owner had the flat but when he replaced it he didn't index the tire properly to hook up the CTIS. I had to pull it loose to turn it. That is quite the task. Hoping to never get a flat ever. I guy can dream can't he?

    My m923a2 in Central TX

Picked up my first MV just a few days ago. Nothing too super special but I think I am addicted. Now I want more. 1990 BMY m923a2 It has the troop seating rails on the bed which is a cool feature. I would like to get a canvas bow top but it isn't a priority at the moment. I also have a total of...

Not sure about Gillems. If I am thinking correctly I went there a few years back and he was soon to be closing up shop. If that is the right place that is. I will have to check.

    New from Central Texas

New member here and to the MV world. Every search I did to educate myself on buying and owning a MV brought me here. This site seems like the go to place for anything MV related so I figured I would join up. I probably won't be much help now but plan on learning as much as I can about my new...
