Wow it looks like the federal law in question does not apply for soft air guns or to replicas for our collector purposes.
Nor for my own experience, i've driven around Atlanta many times with what looks like an FN Mag mounted in my Ferret and never had anything more than casual inquiry from...
What's the truck in the background? What's the smaller tracked vehicle? M114 or something else? CVR(T)?
Nice to see a bit more commonwealth here in the forums. ;-)
We can meet up at shirleys around noonish. That' gives folks 30 minutes to assemble at my place, then 1.5 hours to get there which should be good. We'll probably stop on HWY 36 where that deuce is for sale then head in.
Shirleys is up Hwy 41 from Barnesville ga. On the right about 2 miles or so.

Both my Ferret Armoured Car and my Deuce have these. I like them because I can cut power to the whole truck/car and not worry about parasitic drain on the batteries.
Bjorn, what's the thickness on those metal panels? 1/8" thick steel? I'm shopping online for some sheet that I can use to fab up my own brackets for front turn/marker lights as well as rear turn/marker lights. I have 5 Rear read lights and 4 front ambers and I'm thinking I might need more to...
I'm leaning towards the Hydraulic off the PTO because I already have a rear facing PTO output. It's one of those very neat units that has a front wards facing shaft for the winch and a rear facing unit for other devices (probably the dump hoist hydraulic pump).
My preference is to eventually...
