Tom 30psi is definitely possible. My truck will hit 30psi.this IV verified with three different gauges.problem 30psi is around 1500 egt. But they will do it.it won't last long at full throttle at 30psi with that high egt.

You could run one of my 12 volt alt kits to get 12 volts. run a couple dual purpose batteries and a 12 volt to 110 volt inverter that can be had cheap from hf. this way you can run whatever you want and not have to worry about whether the truck will start or not..Since it will be a separate...
i built one.Mine has a dropside bed and i used the tongue from a m105 bolted and welded to the inside of the m35 frame.. this is probably the strongest way to build one of these trailers..The m105 tongue is boxed and braced like crazy. I left a 4 ft section in front of the bed for a platform...
What issues did you have with how the truck was running ? It is hard to believe they would cake up like that over the holes when fuel is coming out at such a high pressure.?

MIne will hit 30psi. but if you do it in third,fourth, or fifth you are way above 1200 on the egt. .. either turn the fuel down or get a pyro so you can keep an eye on the egt . Also what turbo are you running?
it depends on what turbo and air filter you are running..a whistler turbo with stock air filter will be 12-13 at 1200. i have a whistler on mine with a k&n filter and 1200 is 15-17 unloaded..I have mine cranked way up right now i can hit 26-27 psi right now .. and it never gets over 1200 till i...

i would think it would be a very close fit judging by the amount of the taper the cabs have.. It could make doing the mod alot easier .Especially when it comes to making the roof.. Just get a 800 and 900 hard top and a little strip between the two
